Marketing Explicit Consent

Scope of consent

If you select the optional explicit-consent box in the contact form, you permit GRC Teknoloji to process your email address, the subject and product/service interests selected in the form, how you heard about us and your consent record in order to send you emails about its products, Snopero software and R&D & engineering services.

The choice is yours

Explicit consent is not a condition for submitting the contact form or receiving information or a quotation. Leaving the box blank does not affect the evaluation of your enquiry. Your consent is not used outside the stated purpose and your data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@grctek.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. Marketing messages will stop after your request and, unless another legal retention ground exists, your marketing record will be erased. If consent is not withdrawn, records are retained for no more than three years after the last interaction.
