The SAPFIR is low cost, long lasting, new generation, containing SAPP100 Nanotechnological powder automatic fire extinguisher. Works with its own sensors.
SAPFIR tubes are not pressure vessels.
It is lightweight, easy to transport, assemble and disassemble, does not require piping, and does not create operating costs for many years other than service control.
Since Sapfir Modules are airtight insulated during manufacture, they are protected from external influences and can remain in the standby position for many years as they are not under pressure.
Sapfir Modules can be activated automatically or manually after fire detection. At the moment of activation, the cold gas generator activates and creates a positive pressure inside the module and rapidly sprays the nano-particulate powder into the fire. The spraying and extinguishing time after detection does not exceed 2 seconds.
Sapfir fire extinguishing systems interfere fire in two ways.
