Extover®; is a new and special fire prevention and extinguisher produced by waste glass with a special technique, 100% mineral, does not harm the nature.
After the burning surface is covered with Extover®, the particles replace oxygen and separate the oxygen from the fuel. Just like glass, Extover® melts at a certain temperature. It absorbs a lot of heat as the melt forms, thus cooling the fire and at the same time forming an impermeable layer on the combustible material. The reaction with oxygen is effectively prevented.
The particle diameter is 1 – 4 mm (EXV-15) and, 0.25 – 0.5 mm (EXV255-15). 0.25 – 0.5 mm sizes are used in portable extinguishers.
